The Club at Hidden Meadow Ranch
Greenbrier Southwest Corporation was developer, operator and managing partner for The Club at Hidden Meadow Ranch, a private ranch club formerly adjacent to The Lodge but which now encompasses the Lodge property. Seventy-one lots, almost entirely of one acre or more, allow for a range of home ownership opportunities from the cozy former Lodge cabins to fractional ownership in spacious Club Cabins to fully developed custom home lots bordering either the National Forest or the Ranch’s 50-acre meadow preserve. The principals of GSC no longer operate the 150-acre ranch but still own or control a portfolio of custom home lots within The Club at Hidden Meadow Ranch.
