The Ritz-Carlton Golf Club, now the Dove Mountain Golf Club, opened in January 2009, followed only six weeks later by hosting he World Golf Championships-Accenture World Match Play Championship. The 27-hole Jack Nicklaus Signature facility has been recognized in GOLF Magazine’s Best New Public Courses, Golf Week Magazine’s Best New Courses and Best Resort Golf Cours-es, LINKS Magazine’s Best for Resort Lifestyle, and won first place in Golf, Inc. magazine’s Clubhouse Competition, Private Clubs.

From the company's inception in 1991 to February 1998, Greenbrier Southwest provided development and management services in Phoenix to Dallas-based Woodbine Development Corporation. Under the Woodbine Southwest Corporation banner, Greenbrier Southwest managed the master planning, entitlements, financing, development and marketing of the 730-acre Kierland community and the 27-hole Kierland Golf Club, a joint venture between Woodbine Development Corporation and the Herberger family of Phoenix.
