The Club at Hidden Meadow Ranch

Greenbrier Southwest Corporation was the original developer, operator and managing partner for The Club at Hidden Meadow Ranch, a private ranch club formerly adjacent to The Lodge but which now encompasses the Lodge property. Seventy-one lots, almost entirely of one acre or more, allowed for a range of home ownership opportunities from the cozy former Lodge cabins to fractional ownership in spacious Club Cabins to fully developed custom home lots bordering either the National Forest or the Ranch’s 50-acre meadow preserve. The principals of GSC no longer own or operate the 150-acre ranch but, while they did, Hidden Meadow Ranch was ranked one of the World’s Top 100 Vacation Dream Home Developments, one of the top two in The Rockies and the Southwest, by Travel + Leisure; was named one of the Ultimate Resort Communities by Robb Report Vacation Homes; and called one of the Most Sought-after Developments in the West by Mountain Living magazine.
